October 2019- January 2020

For this project, I went through three types of auditions: singing, dancing, and acting. I was cast as part of the ensemble-- for this musical I was the cowgirl ancestor of the Addams family, and we were required to learn dances for "When You're An Addams" and "Full Disclosure" as well as act trees in the background of some scenes and sing. Rehearsals were every day after school for two hours for two months in order for us to "become" the characters. While time-consuming, I became friends with someone I used to know when I was in 7th grade and enjoyed the experience of becoming someone else. My favorite song was "What if" because it represents a twisted relationship between a brother and sister that makes me smile. Though this was an amazing experience to have with my friends, this is the last musical I will be apart of at Frisco High School. This is a bittersweet moment, but I know that I have made the right decision for my future.
